You and your customer design mandate in store, scan his documents with OCR reading (Optical Character Recognition) via a scanner, then validate the client consent and sign on certifying tablet. The mandate is archived on i-S€PA and the final customer receives his signed mandate by email. The last step is managing your remittances.

9 key steps in the process i-S€PA Public Web

You prepare your mandates in a few clicks on your i-S€PA portal, send a secured and unique link to your customer. This allow them to upload their documents with OCR reading (Optical Character Recognition), then validate the client consent and sign the mandate by certificates.
